We’re gonna go and look at our first real estate dealers as partners. Dealmakers, what’s up?
My vision is to completely and utterly disrupt the market for buying and selling small businesses all over the world. Hey, guys. Carl on. I’m with my business partner, Chris Moore, and we’re in Tampa.
We’ve just come off the back of our three day amazing business buying mastermind event with Pace Morby and Abraham Gray. And there are a lot of sub two students, a lot of real estate investors at the conference as well. And Chris is already a very accomplished real estate investor. He’s doing deals all the time down in Alabama, and I’m very new to the whole real estate investing world.
And we’re gonna go and look at our first real estate dealers as partners. It’s an amazing deal. It was brought to us yesterday by one of the substitute students. It’s a Morby Method deal, which I’ll cover that on another video.
But it’s really interesting. Like, I’m so new to this. You know, I’m the best in the world at my businesses, but I’m a real rookie when it comes to being a real estate investor. I own real estate.
I own real estate in the UK. I own real estate in Europe. I own real estate in Australia, but I’ve never owned a piece of real estate in the United States. And it’s crazy how creative financing is at play here and all the different strategies you can use to become a real estate investor with little to no money down on the assets that you’re buying.
And one of the most interesting conversations Chris and I just had is he’s walked me through, like, his buy box. So when you’re buying a business, we talk about our buy box, what type of business you wanna buy, what industry is it in, you know, what does it do, who are the customers, etcetera. And what’s really interesting is Chris just walked me through his buy box for business for for real estate acquisitions. You know, what does he look for in, say, an Airbnb rental?
It’s gotta be close to an airport or a or a major, league sports stadium, or it’s gotta be close to the beach or it’s gotta be close to the hospital or a or a large The city center. Yeah. City center, a large area where a lot of people are gonna go gonna go live. So really, really interesting.
Anyway, we’ve just pulled up on the, on the development where this house is. So we’re really excited. Gonna go and look at my first piece of US real estate. So, we’ll, we’ll end the video.
